Frequency Fridays (5:00-6:30pm) with dinner options offered during Social Hour (6:30 – 7:30pm)
Frequency Friday is SQC’s premiere weekly event.
Join a multitude of like-minded souls for a 15 minute biocharged meditation before relaxing into a deeply therapeutic sound bath. The biocharger improves health and wellness by emitting a combination of frequencies, light, voltage, and pulsed electromagnetic fields. (PEMFs)
Every Friday is different as top performers take the stage..
Special chai, cocoa, and delicious food options are served from 6:30 to 7:30pm.
Once a month we host a secondary party after Frequency Friday.
Note: Frequency Friday is a locals’ favorite.

Musical Sound Journey: by Elena Larsen
Elena is a sound journey facilitator and yoga teacher. Since 2019, she has guided group sound sessions and credits sound as the catalyst to launching her into her yoga studies. She weaves breathwork, mantra, mudra, and kriya into her crystal bowl sound journeys.
