Frequency Fridays (5:00-6:30pm) with dinner options offered during Social Hour (6:30 – 7:30pm)
Frequency Friday is SQC’s premiere weekly event.
Join a multitude of like-minded souls for a 15 minute biocharged meditation before relaxing into a deeply therapeutic sound bath. The biocharger improves health and wellness by emitting a combination of frequencies, light, voltage, and pulsed electromagnetic fields. (PEMFs)
Every Friday is different as top performers take the stage..
Special chai, cocoa, and delicious food options are served from 6:30 to 7:30pm.
Once a month we host a secondary party after Frequency Friday.
Note: Frequency Friday is a locals’ favorite.
