Frequency Fridays (5:45-7:15pm) with light snack options offered during Social Hour (6:45 – 7:15pm)
Frequency Friday is SQC’s premiere weekly event.
Join a multitude of like-minded souls for a 15 minute biocharged meditation before relaxing into a deeply therapeutic sound bath. The biocharger improves health and wellness by emitting a combination of frequencies, light, voltage, and pulsed electromagnetic fields. (PEMFs)
Every Friday is different as top performers take the stage..
Special chai, cocoa, and delicious food options are served from 6:45 to 7:15pm.
Once a month we host a secondary party after Frequency Friday.
Note: Frequency Friday is a locals’ favorite.
