Frequency Fridays
September 18 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Frequency Fridays (today from 5:00-6:30 pm) with light snack options offered during Social Hour immediately afterwards.
Frequency Friday is SQC’s premiere weekly event.
Join a multitude of like-minded souls for a 15 minute biocharged meditation before relaxing into a deeply therapeutic sound bath. The biocharger improves health and wellness by emitting a combination of frequencies, light, voltage, and pulsed electromagnetic fields. (PEMFs)
Every Friday is different as top performers take the stage..
Special chai, cocoa, and delicious food options are served immediately after the soundbath.
Once a month we host a secondary party after Frequency Friday.
Note: Frequency Friday is a locals’ favorite.

Musical Sound Journey: by Darin Schaffer
Darin is one of a kind with the guitarviol, aka cellotar, his unique combo instrument along with a looper and ambient effects. Come for a truly unique experience. Ambient post rock desert psychedelic raga… mellow and pretty.
