Frequency Fridays

Frequency Fridays (5:00-6:30pm) with dinner options offered during Social Hour (6:30 – 7:30pm)

Frequency Friday is SQC’s premiere weekly event.

Join a multitude of like-minded souls for a 15 minute biocharged meditation before relaxing into a deeply therapeutic sound bath. The biocharger improves health and wellness by emitting a combination of frequencies, light, voltage, and pulsed electromagnetic fields. (PEMFs)

Every Friday is different as top performers take the stage..

Special chai, cocoa, and delicious food options are served from 6:30 to 7:30pm.

Once a month we host a secondary party after Frequency Friday.

Note:  Frequency Friday is a locals’ favorite.

Musical Sound Journey: by Darin Schaffer

Darin Schaffer is a virtuoso composer and multi-instrumentalist who performs on a custom built bowed guitarviol, that he bows, plucks, and percusses while layering electronic loops and effects through foot pedals to create immersive solo soundscapes. Deeply influenced by Indian classical music and studying sitar at the Ali Akbar Khan College of Music, he blends raga, classical, folk, and ambient elements into transcendent instrumental compositions that captivate diverse audiences across genres. Approaching music as spiritual practice, Darin allows his pieces to evolve organically through extensive live performance, creating meditative experiences where the music flows through him.
