Frequency Fridays (5:00-6:30pm) with dinner options offered during Social Hour (6:30 – 7:30pm)

Frequency Friday is SQC’s premiere weekly event. 

Join a multitude of like-minded souls for a 15 minute biocharged meditation before relaxing into a deeply therapeutic sound bath. 

Every Friday is different as top performers take the stage..  Elixers and a variety of vegan entrees are served from 6:30 to 7:30pm. 

Once a month we host a secondary party after Frequency Friday.

Note:  Frequency Friday is a locals’ favorite.   

Suggested donation:  $33 – $44.

This Equinox celebration promises to be extra special as John takes us into the etheric realms and then back into the 3D world allowing us to grace the room with movement/dance (for those that care to flow with the music).
