Frequency Fridays (5:00-6:30pm) with dinner options offered during Social Hour (6:30 – 7:30pm)

Frequency Friday is SQC’s premiere weekly event.

Join a multitude of like-minded souls for a 15 minute Biocharged meditation before relaxing into a deeply therapeutic sound bath.

Every Friday is different as top performers take the stage..  Elixers and a variety of vegan entrees are served from 6:30 to 7:30pm.

Once a month we host a secondary party after Frequency Friday.

Note:  Frequency Friday is a locals’ favorite.   

Suggested donation:  $33 – $44.

Known for the healing energy of her voice and songs, Colleen channels song and sound to clear energy, balance the chakras, and reconnect you to your higher knowing. Expect bowls, gong, strings, and lullabies for the soul!
