Frequency Fridays (5:00-6:30pm) with dinner options offered during Social Hour (6:30 – 7:30pm)

Frequency Friday is SQC’s premiere weekly event.

Join a multitude of like-minded souls for a 15 minute Biocharged meditation before relaxing into a deeply therapeutic sound bath.

Every Friday is different as top performers take the stage..  Elixers and a variety of vegan entrees are served from 6:30 to 7:30pm.

Once a month we host a secondary party after Frequency Friday.

Note:  Frequency Friday is a locals’ favorite.

Luis Angel Colon is committed to his purpose in awakening the inner healer we all carry within. His past as a latin music artist in the entertainment industry evolved into a deep affection for sound healing and eventually many other holistic practices.

As a human design reflector, Luis is able to effortlessly reflect back precisely what the recipient needs at that moment through his electromagnetic field. The large quartz singing bowls he plays serve as an amplifier for the vibratory transmission and everyone’s intentions. His voice channels vibrations from the cosmos bringing forth divine frequencies to wash over the consciousness of those present and across the collective transcending time & space.
