Frequency Fridays (5:00-6:30pm) with dinner options offered during Social Hour (6:30 – 7:30pm)

Frequency Friday is SQC’s premiere weekly event.

Join a multitude of like-minded souls for a 15 minute Biocharged meditation before relaxing into a deeply therapeutic sound bath.

Every Friday is different as top performers take the stage..  Elixers and a variety of vegan entrees are served from 6:30 to 7:30pm.

Once a month we host a secondary party after Frequency Friday.

Note:  Frequency Friday is a locals’ favorite.

This week’s performance features: Ceremonial Sound Journey by Marga Samadhi.

Marga Samadhi is a multi-instrumentalist Sound Healer, Chaneler and Quantum Master  who draws on over a decade of professional expertise.

She has worked closely with shamans and teachers around the world learning multi-cultural holistic practices from Africa, Australia, Indonesia, India, Peru, Guatemala, and more. Since 2017, Marga has hosted over a thousand ceremonies on the sacred lands of Sedona making world medicine available to all. She is also known for her “Warrior of Light” Quantum Training, her “Awaken Light Body” 10 steps Awakening Program and her transformational Sound Medicine journeys.
