Frequency Friday is SQC’s premiere weekly event.

Join a multitude of like-minded souls for a 15 minute Biocharged meditation before relaxing into a deeply therapeutic sound bath.

This event will be a blast. Its kicks off a beautiful weekend all about the bigger picture of what we are called here to do and become.
